Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies for subscription services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in eCommerce. Responsibilities include leading customer acquisition across various platforms, managing budgets, and tracking key metrics.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years' experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce.
- Experience with enterprise and government account management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement for subscription services.
- Lead customer acquisition and digital marketing across platforms.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to improve digital customer experience.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and conversions.
- Track and analyze key metrics to refine growth strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5-6 years' experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce
- Strong in customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- Proficient in paid media, CRM, and multi-channel campaigns
- Skilled in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Excel)
- Experience with enterprise and government account management is a plus
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement for subscription services
- Lead customer acquisition and digital marketing across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, CRM, etc.)
- Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to improve digital customer experience
- Create and optimize lead generation and retention strategies using data insights
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and conversions
- Track and analyze key metrics to refine growth strategies
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing with business objectives
- Oversee campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance optimization
