Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese for effective client communication.
• Understanding of SIA and PSSCOC construction contracts.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement and project contract management.
• Manage and supervise QS team on contractual matters.
• Liaise with directors to resolve contractual disputes.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to QS team.
