Job summary
A leading brokerage and investment bank in Singapore is seeking an individual for trade processing and securities reconciliation. Responsibilities include contract creation and daily reconciliations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
- Experience in the financial industry with understanding of regional and global markets trading and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and amend contracts while processing equities and fixed income trades.
- Reconcile trade capture in back office system with broker confirmations.
- Perform securities reconciliation with Custodian agents and resolve discrepancies.

- Contract creation/amendments and contra processing of equities and fixed income trades across local and global markets
- Daily reconciliation of trade capture in backoffice system against broker confirmations and clients’ trade confirmations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Securities reconciliation with Custodian agents, identify gaps and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Experience in the financial industry with a good understanding of regional and global markets trading and reconciliation would be an added advantage.
- You write and speak effectively and are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You possess attention to detail, analytical skills and able to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- You are an excellent team player.
- You have the flexibility and ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
