An educational technology company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to co-develop instructional materials and train educators on various learning tools. This 12-month contract role requires at least two years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Apps. The ideal candidate will manage applications and collaborate on content production while utilizing data visualization skills to enhance teaching effectiveness. A passion for education and technology is essential.

Duration: 12 months contract
Working Hours: Mon to Thur – 830am to 6pm, Fri – 830am to 530pm
Salary: Up to $2700
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include co‑developing instructional materials (lecture videos, eBooks, websites, etc) with educators and administrators, and training educators and administrators on use of LMS, learning tools and assessment apps/devices (eg iPads, keyboards). Other than ensuring smooth running and integrity of teaching and examination activities, this role is also expected to support conceptualisation and operationalisation of new teaching, assessment and outreach initiatives to improve student outcomes such as Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA) Assessments to identify learning gaps requiring remediation, and elevate the School’s impact for Open Learning Resources and LED wall for publishing EDMs of education‑related activities. Candidate has to demonstrate data and digital literacy, from gathering, synthesising and analysing data to recommending meaningful interventions and visualizing impact with use of applications and technologies.

o Intermediate content creation skills using Web 2.0 (e.g. WordPress, Microsoft Sway, etc), and/or
o Basic video‑editing skills (e.g. Camtasia Studio, Panopto Editor, etc)
o Courseware/eBook Authoring (e.g. Articulate 360, Microsoft Sway, etc)
o Administering learning systems and assessment applications (e.g. Canvas, Online Marking Tool, etc)
o Data visualisation and analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
o Web/video‑streaming analytics services such as Google Analytics, Youtube Analytics, etc
o Rapid Graphic Design (e.g. Canva, Visme, MS Designer etc)
