Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Operations Executive to be part of their Warehouse team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

Duties of Operations Executive
  • Product & Stock Management – Verify product details, update system data, resolve discrepancies, and manage returns, exchanges, and disposals.
  • Inventory & Transfers – Monitor RTV/RSTO activities, support replenishment, stock transfers, and DC relocations.
  • Reporting & Data Maintenance – Maintain SKU info and provide regular reports on stock adjustments, damaged goods, and outstanding returns.
  • Staff Administration & Development – Manage rosters, attendance, onboarding/resignation, welfare, and training programs.
  • Safety & Security – Enforce workplace safety and security guidelines, conduct briefings, and support zero-accident initiatives.
Requirements
  • Min 2 - 3 years of experience in inventory management from similar industry
  • Comfortable with 5 days rotating morning and afternoon shifts
  • Able to commit 1 year contract
