We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide support in various critical areas such as data extraction and quality assurance for hospital partners. This temporary role will assist in the smooth transition during system updates and the preparation for annual appraisals, while contributing to the coordination of key accreditation processes.

📍 Location: Southwest
🕒 Working Hours: Mon to Thur – 830am to 6pm, Fri – 830am to 530pm
💰 Salary: $3,000/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 4-month contract

• Quality Assurance & Accreditation Support (20%)
  Coordinate and publish the bi-annual update for the Tutor Handbook from faculty/units
  Ensure version control and traceability of documents
  Provide logistical support for internal reviews and external meetings with Basic Medical Education Collaboration (BMEC)
• Data Extraction & Preparation for Annual Appraisal (60%)
  Receive and respond to hospital partners’ email requests regarding educator data
  Extract, transform, and validate datasets for annual appraisals
  Perform data quality checks, reconciling discrepancies with data owners
  Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and confidentiality protocols
• General Coordination & Administrative Support (20%)
  Maintain shared trackers and documentation for team reference
  Draft communications to stakeholders (e.g., templates, reminders)
  Handle other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth operations within the team

• Education: Polytechnic Diploma in a relevant discipline
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data processing/analysis
• Skills:
  Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, power query)
  Experience with data extraction and transformation; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI is a plus)
  Strong document management and version control skills
  Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams for daily communication and meetings
  Strong written communication skills, with an ability to coordinate and handle confidential information
