Job Responsibilities
  • Lead complex technology delivery programs as the primary contact for technology work at each account.
  • Provide functional and/or technical expertise to define the best path to achieve client outcomes.
  • Navigate delivery challenges, finding solutions collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end client delivery for strategic accounts in the telecommunication industry.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery services.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of complex delivery experience, including leading teams of technology professionals.
  • Proven experience in customer service delivery, particularly in the telecommunication industry.
  • Proven track record in complex system integration technology delivery and large-scale production operations programs.
  • Experience across multiple technology platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom development, integration, and cloud.
  • Expertise in originating and shaping client solutions during the sales phase.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale projects with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Senior client executive engagement and superior communication skills.
