Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to handle end-to-end recruitment processes and provide operational support. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience, specifically in HR Business Partnering or Operations. This role offers a monthly salary range of $3,500 – $4,500 with standard office hours from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Operations is compulsory.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Handle performance appraisals, confirmation and promotion exercises.
- Provide HR advisory and operational support to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with payroll administration and contract renewals.
- Manage exit processes and HR-related documentation.
- Prepare manpower reports and HR submissions.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and support HR system updates.
- Provide general HR administrative support as required.
Skills
Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
