Our client is diversified property developer with extensive experience and track record across the residential, mixed-use as well as industrial and commercial sectors, and property development projects ranging from small to large scale.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction till completion.
• To manage the project from planning to delivery within quality, cost, and safety.
• Responsible for the successful implementation and completion of the projects under development
• Assist in ensuring accurate preparation, execution of all project activities and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Group within scheduled cost, time and quality.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete works within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Ensure that they are within the budget allotted, within the schedule planned and with a high level of quality workmanship.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree with minimum 5 years of experience
• Proven track record of project experience in industrial, commercial and residential property developments and constructions.
• Good understanding of authority submissions and approval procedures
• Able to work with subcontractors / consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances.
Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities
