Job summary

A pediatric clinic in Singapore is seeking a part-time Clerical Assistant cum Clinic Assistant for a temporary 3-month contract. The candidate will perform various clerical and administrative tasks such as maintaining medical records, assisting with patient registration, and answering phone calls. Candidates should have completed GCE 'A' levels or equivalent, along with good English grades. Previous experience in a clinic setting is a plus. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • At least GCE 'A' levels or just completed GCE 'A' levels and awaiting results.
  • Attended junior college or completed 'IP' or 'IB' Diploma.
  • Good grade for English language at GCE 'O' Level exams.

  • Maintain and file medical records, type medical reports.
  • Type and file administrative documents.
  • Assist with patient registration and booking.
  • Answer phone calls and maintain clinic cleanliness.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties in the clinic.

Clerical Assistant cum Clinic Assistant – Part‑time, Temporary (3‑Month Contract)

The clinic is looking to employ a part‑time Clerical Assistant cum Clinic Assistant for a 3‑month duration.

Responsibilities
  • Clerical duties: maintaining and filing medical records, typing medical reports.
  • Other administrative duties: typing and filing administrative documents.
  • Assisting with patient registration, booking patient appointments, and payment collection.
  • Assisting with answering phone calls.
  • Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.
  • Assisting with any other miscellaneous duties in the clinic.
Qualifications
  • At least GCE “A” levels or just completed GCE “A” levels and awaiting results.
  • Attended school at a junior college or completed “IP” (Integrated Programme) or “IB” (International Baccalaureate) Diploma program at a secondary or international school.
  • Scored a good grade for English language at GCE “O” Level exams.

It will be advantageous if candidates also have experience working in a clinic and have experience using a clinic software system. Candidates with prior experience working as a clinic assistant or clinic nurse may also apply.

Working Hours
  • Mondays to Fridays: 9.30 am to 3.30 pm
  • Saturdays: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
