Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with consultants, Developers and main contractors.
• Communicate clear solutions at concept level.
• Coordinate with internal engineering team and ensure timely responses.
• Track RFIs / clarifications / action items.
• Support tender clarifications and pre-contract discussions.
• Escalate critical issues to management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Aguner is looking for a Technical Interface Manager to support communication and coordination with Consultants, Developers and Main contractors.

This role is client-facing and communication-first. You will help translate project discussions into clear action items for our engineering and operations teams.

Engineering background is NOT mandatory.

Strong communication, confidence, and follow-up discipline are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Attend meetings with consultants, Developers and main contractors (Singapore projects)
• Communicate Aguner’s solution clearly at concept level (no complex calculations) Capture questions, concerns, and objections accurately
• Coordinate with internal engineering team and ensure timely responses
• Track RFIs / clarifications / action items and follow up until closure
• Support tender clarifications and pre-contract discussions
• Escalate critical issues to management when required

We’re looking for

• Singaporean / PR (preferred for client-facing role)
• Strong spoken Chinese and written English (must)
• Experience in construction / M&E / building systems / project coordination is an advantage
• Confident in meetings, calm under pressure, good listener
• Highly organized and strong follow-up skills
• Comfortable saying : “I’ll confirm with our design team and revert within 24–48 hours.”

What this role is NOT

• Not a design engineer role
• No hydraulic calculations / Revit modelling required
• No daily site supervision
