• Lead development and maintenance of financial trading microservices within nexRates.
• Utilize backend Java focusing on low latency and high performance.
• Collaborate with Scrum team to deliver quality features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
• Resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs securely.
• Gather requirements and prioritize tasks with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor junior team members.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in Backend Java, Low Latency, API integration.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good experience with React is desirable.

Work from home 100%, CET timezone (1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST).
