Responsibilities

• Check all drawings and specifications according to contract documents.
• Provide full-time site supervision and inspections.
• Monitor the quality of architectural finishing materials.
• Coordinate architecture works and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in supervising and inspecting structural works.
• Update the site progress and maintain documentation.
• Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
• Ensure timely submission of technical documents by contractors.
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants.
• Document Quality Management Systems for audits.
• Liaise with contractors about schedules and quality control.
• Witness field tests carried out on site.
• Monitor site instrumentation reports.
• Update monthly progress and daily site activities reports.
• Maintain quality control and safety management on site.
• Update safety and vector reports monthly.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To Check all drawings, specifications and schedule of works as per the contract document and reporting the discrepancies to consultant and contractor in order to avoid progress delay.
• Full-time site supervision and inspections to ensure that all structural works are carried out as per approved specification and also as per drawings with approved material in an appropriate sequence and methods.
• Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site and quality of workmanship.
• Carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in discharge of the contract.
• Assist RE in supervision and inspecting all structural works.
• Assist CPM in site progress and update proper site records about the progress of work and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and site walks with clients and consultants.
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, method of statement, other technical submissions, material samples and trade demonstration by the contractors.
• Assist and co-ordinate with consultants to resolve any technical and interfacing issues.
• Familiar in consultant Quality Management System and make proper documentation for QMS audit to comply HDB audit.
• Liaise with contractor on work schedule, progress, work quality and quality control etc.,
• Witness and verify any field test carried out on site.
• Monitoring Site Instrumentation report (Settlement marker, Vibration report, Noise meter).
• Update Monthly progress report and daily site activities report.
• Enforce quality control, Safety management, Vector control and tidiness of the work site.
• Update monthly Consultant Safety and Vector report.
