Finance Executive (Contract: 1 year)

Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Attire: Corporate office wear

Salary: $3,400 – $3,900 per month

Contract Length: 1 year - renewable

Main Responsibilities
Accounts & Transaction Processing
  • Handle daily accounts payable activities such as invoice processing, staff reimbursements, payment preparation, and PO verification
  • Review supporting documents and follow up on discrepancies
  • Prepare journal postings and assist with month-end adjustments
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial summaries for management
Reporting & Reconciliation
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain updated financial records
  • Ensure financial documents are properly filed and stored (both physical and digital formats)
  • Assist in preparing materials required for internal and external audits
Administrative & Team Support
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and financial schedules as required
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team and contribute to process enhancement initiatives
  • Participate in ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements

  • Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 1–2 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, bookkeeping, or finance operations
  • Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and financial workflow processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create dashboards or systems; exposure to systems like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Xero is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills, accuracy in work, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A responsible, meticulous, and self‑motivated team player
