Job Description
As a Finance Strategic Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving data‑informed decision‑making and business growth. You will analyse financial performance, identify strategic opportunities, and collaborate across teams to align financial planning with business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment focused on achieving measurable results.
Responsibility
- Manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Deliver data‑driven insights through visualization and analytics (Power BI, Excel, SAP) to guide strategy and decision‑making.
- Analyse market trends, business performance, and financial data to identify growth opportunities and improve company performance.
- Monitor and review business and financial performance across divisions and offices to support target achievement.
- Maintain and manage historical data for performance analysis, business reviews, and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop strategic initiatives targeting high‑potential clients and align financial planning with sales strategies.
- Review revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency; identify discrepancies or trends and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs, profitability, and shipping performance.
- Evaluate ROI on marketing campaigns and trade spend; optimise product assortment and margin contributions.
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles with efficiency and precision; lead cross‑functional taskforces to improve processes and outcomes.
- Present financial performance and insights to executives and stakeholders through clear communication and presentations.
- Gain knowledge of core operations, key products, and high‑risk operational conditions to provide relevant insights.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar tools.

Eligibility
- A level, Diploma, Degree in Marketing, Communication or an equivalent academic qualification
Work Hours
- Enjoy a balanced full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Part‑timers are welcome too!
