Job Summary

An established Civil & Structural Consultant firm looking for suitably qualified candidates to assist us in performing on-site project management and day-to-day operations for HDB Demolition Works contract.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/ Structural/ Building Science/ Project Management, Construction Management or other Construction and engineering related degree recognized by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore or BCA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.
• Conversant with the MS Office and familiar with MS Project Management software.
• Conversant with construction safety requirements and site authority compliances.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• Contract administration and project management as a Consultant Project Manager stationed full time on site.
• Evaluate and monitor contractor’s program and progress of works.
• Coordination and site supervision to ensure quality, workmanship and compliance with specificationsand statutory/authority requirements.
