We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sourcing & Order Execution Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sourcing materials and components for production, as well as ensuring the efficient execution of customer orders. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities: Sourcing - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms. Continuously assess market trends, pricing, and availability of materials. Order Execution - Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to understand customer requirements. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor and track the progress of orders, resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines. Quality Assurance - Establish and enforce quality standards for sourced materials and finished products. Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Collaborate with the quality control team to address any deviations from quality standards. Cost Management - Work to optimize costs through effective negotiation, bulk purchasing, and supplier relationship management. Analyze and report on cost variances, proposing cost-saving initiatives where possible. Communication - Act as a liaison between suppliers, production teams, and customers to facilitate smooth order execution. Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on material availability, production status, and delivery timelines.Skills and Key Requirements Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Familiarity with engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
