Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to assist in KYC due diligence and support various team tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include filing KYC documents, uploading fund information, and maintaining distribution lists. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and basic functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in KYC due diligence reviews for existing client accounts including name screening.
- Upload daily NAVs and fund documents on our websites.
- Filing of KYC documents and correspondences received.
- Maintaining distribution lists for sending reports to clients.
- Updating fund templates and proof-reading documents.
- Support the team with projects or ad-hoc tasks.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
