• Lead multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation.
• Oversee statutory accounting, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Manage working capital, treasury, and cross-border finance operations.
• Analyse asset financial performances vs budget/forecast and provide insights.
• Manage financing for new acquisitions and refinancing existing investments.
