Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Executive (Logistics / Supply Chain)
Job summary
A well-established logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations, including receiving inspections, inventory rotation, and team management. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the F&B industry, and a relevant qualification in logistics or supply chain management. This role offers a competitive salary range of $3500 - $3800, plus allowances and bonuses, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

- Possess valid Class 3/4 driving license.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving inspection of incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate execution of picking list.
- Manage warehouse cleanliness and maintenance.
- Route planning for delivery personnel.
Skills

Warehouse Management
- Oversee receiving inspection of incoming shipments
- Support verification of purchasing invoice
- Ensure systematic storage & rotation of inventory respecting FIFO/FEFO
- Ensure cleanliness and overall warehouse maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of picking list
- Ensure daily deliveries are out as per KPI measurements
- Route planning for delivery personnel and vehicles
- Ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicle
- Ensure and enforce professional discipline with all reporting staff
- Recommend WSH solutions to address shortcomings in current processes
- Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Possess valid Class 3 / 4 driving license
