Job summary

A well-established logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations, including receiving inspections, inventory rotation, and team management. This role offers a competitive salary range of $3500 - $3800, plus allowances and bonuses, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

• Oversee receiving inspection of incoming shipments
• Support verification of purchasing invoice
• Ensure systematic storage & rotation of inventory respecting FIFO/FEFO
• Ensure cleanliness and overall warehouse maintenance

Delivery Management

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of picking list
• Ensure daily deliveries are out as per KPI measurements
• Route planning for delivery personnel and vehicles
• Ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicle

Team Management

• Ensure and enforce professional discipline with all reporting staff
• Recommend WSH solutions to address shortcomings in current processes

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry
• Possess valid Class 3 / 4 driving license
