Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate production workflow for different customers.
  • Plan and prioritise production operation for performance.
  • Oversee production team in various tasks including welding and installation.
  • Identify and manage potential risks during production.
  • Work with Designers and HR for manpower and materials.
  • Assign workers to signage production activities and monitor their work.
  • Plan and schedule workers for overtime as needed.
  • Address production issues immediately.
  • Perform quality checks throughout production stages.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and safe work practices in production areas.
  • Track production key indicators and manage costs.
  • Provide regular production updates to project team and management.
  • Adjust for changes in production schedules and budgets.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to current production processes.
  • Report on EHS & PPE regulatory incidents.
  • Ensure cleanliness in all areas.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Operation or Managing Director.
Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate production workflow of all the products for the different customers.
  • Plan and prioritise production operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Oversee the production team in metal fabrication, LED lightbox, lettering production, welding, painting, and installation.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities during each production run.
  • Work closely with the Designers and HR teams to determine the manpower, materials and processes needed to cover the production demand.
  • Plan and assign workers to each signage production activity and monitor their work to ensure that they finish on time and within the quality standard and budget.
  • Plan and schedule workers to work overtime as and when required.
  • Address issues immediately when they arise to reduce disruption to the production.
  • Perform quality checks and control on the production throughout the various stages of production.
  • Ensure good housekeeping of the production areas and promote safe work practices.
  • Keep track or record of production key indicators such as output, defects and wastages and ensure costs of production is within the budget.
  • Track production status and provide regular reports or updates to project team and management.
  • Manage and adjust for any changes in production schedule and/or budget.
  • Manage the relationship and communication with the clients and all stakeholders.
  • Review current production process and recommend improvements to increase the productivity level of the workers.
  • Adhere to all applicable EHS & PPE regulations and report on all incidents which includes injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills and other potential hazard conditions to the operations manager.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, housekeeping in all inhouse and onsite areas.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Operation Director or Managing Director.
