Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff on food handling hygiene and ensure compliance with SFA standards, training new staff.
• Responsible for ordering, receiving and checking goods and supplies.
• Ensure neatness and cleanliness of the coffeeshop.
• Help promote and sell food & beverage items to customers.
• Assist stall tenants, handle complaints, enquiries and solve daily issues.
• Handle POS system and record daily sales.
• Implement Safe Management Measures for the company.

Qualifications

• Food & Beverage Supervisor experience (3-5 years) in coffeeshop/food court sector.
• High initiative and positive working attitude.
• Food Hygiene Course or F&B officer certificate (must have).
• Must be able to work shift, weekend and public holiday, 6 working days per week and rest on weekdays.
• Candidates with good coffee making and cooking skill will be an advantage.
• Only Singaporean.
