A hospitality service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to oversee F&B and daily operations, ensuring that high standards are met and maintained. The role involves developing exceptional menus, leading a dynamic team, and sustaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Design exceptional menus and make necessary improvements.
- Identify customers' needs and respond proactively.
- Lead the F&B team through effective recruitment and training.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Nurture a motivated and team-oriented environment.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Report on sales results and productivity.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
