• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design exceptional menus and make necessary improvements.
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively.
• Lead the F&B team through effective recruitment and training.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Nurture a motivated and team-oriented environment.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Report on sales results and productivity.
