Metta Welfare Association is seeking a Driver Cum General Assistant to support daily administrative, logistics and operational needs across its centres. This role is responsible for deliveries, document dispatch, donation collection, and general support for HQ HR and Finance & Administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Duties

• Perform daily banking for cash and cheques
• Collect and dispatch documents and goods between centres and islandwide
• Collect and deliver donation boxes, donations-in-kind and food supplies for Metta Café
• Assist with packing, loading and unloading of items
• Provide transportation support for staff when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle

Monthly Duties

• Arrange and carry out monthly vehicle washing

Ad-hoc Duties

• Support fundraising and organisational events such as Flag Day, Street Sales, Carnivals and Auctions
• Perform other duties assigned by HQ HR or Finance & Administration

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking and responsible
