A leading training and consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Trainer to join their Skills Lab Division. This role involves training talented graduates in Business Analysis and Project Management, with a focus on preparing them for careers as Technical Consultants. Candidates must have 10 years of BA and Project Management experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree. The position offers an engaging environment with a focus on developing future professionals.
Qualificações
- 10 years of solid BA and Project Management experience (both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum).
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with soft skills training is essential.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver training modules effectively to a high standard.
- Create and deliver training workshops.
- Assess and grade trainee work.

There is an opportunity within its Skills Lab Division in Singapore for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Trainer with proven commercial experience to join our training team in FDM’s Singapore SkillsLab. The role will predominantly involve training the latest pool of talented graduates in Business Analysis and Project Management, helping shape and develop their future by providing the skills they need to succeed as Technical Consultants.
You will be working in a team of talented individuals, utilizing your industry knowledge and sharing it with the future generation. Previous training experience is essential.
- Delivering training modules effectively and to a high standard
- Creating and delivering training workshops
- Assessing and grading trainee work
- Providing feedback to trainees
- Providing coaching and support to trainees
- Conducting interview preparation and practise with trainees
- Running and coaching Agile Pods
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
- 10 years of Solid BA and Project Management Experience (both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum)
