The Role

There is an opportunity within its Skills Lab Division in Singapore for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Trainer with proven commercial experience to join our training team in FDM’s Singapore SkillsLab. The role will predominantly involve training the latest pool of talented graduates in Business Analysis and Project Management, helping shape and develop their future by providing the skills they need to succeed as Technical Consultants.

You will be working in a team of talented individuals, utilizing your industry knowledge and sharing it with the future generation. Previous training experience is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Delivering training modules effectively and to a high standard
  • Creating and delivering training workshops
  • Assessing and grading trainee work
  • Providing feedback to trainees
  • Providing coaching and support to trainees
  • Conducting interview preparation and practise with trainees
  • Running and coaching Agile Pods
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
Essential Criteria
  • 10 years of Solid BA and Project Management Experience (both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Educated to a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Excel
