Working Hour: Mon‑Fri 9am - 6:30pm (Office Hour)

Job Description
  • Responsible for account management
  • Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
  • Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
  • Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
  • Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
  • Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducing interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
  • Achieving and hitting sales target
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Studies or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Require to take CEI license
