Are you ready to launch your career in Corporate Banking with Wells Fargo’s Early Careers Program in Singapore?

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive interaction with clients and supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) in client meetings and senior executive visits.
  • Preparation of briefing and pitch materials in collaboration with product partners.
  • Analysis of client business, risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Preparation of business cases to support resource allocation.
  • Ensuring compliance with KYC, BSA, and AML policies, including preparation of client relationship memos.
  • Ongoing monitoring of industry trends, market activity, company news, financial statements, and performance.
  • Supporting RMs on risk issues, credit approvals, and credit recommendations.
  • Collaborating with other Wells Fargo groups to meet revenue targets and execute business plans.
  • Assisting with deal closing including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Using CRM and pricing tools such as Salesforce and Relationship Pricer.
  • Completing periodic professional development training as scheduled.
About You

What you'll need:

  • Final-year undergraduate graduating between January – June 2026.
  • Record of academic excellence.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders across geographies and levels.
  • Licensing upon onboarding for Dealing in Capital Markets Products and Advising on Corporate Finance or Securities.
  • Right to work in Singapore.
  • Engaging, flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of another Asian language (desired).
  • Sense of personal accountability and urgency for results.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
