Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the related Industry.
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese.
- Sales experience in other Industries may be considered with a proven track record.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve company objectives.
- Engage with customers regularly to maintain relationships and explore new sales opportunities.
- Create business plans and set personal targets to meet KPIs.
