  • Regular customer engagement to get customer information, competitive trend, explore new sales opportunities and maintain good relationship.
  • Create business plan and setting of personal targets to meet company KPIs.
  • Budget and allocate resources and expenses.
  • Submit monthly sales report and project updates.
  • Handling customer complaints and addressing customer issues.
  • Ad-hoc support on delivery, collection, returns, and customer related issues.
