Job summary

A logistics and transportation service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate for order processing. SG INTEGRATED PTE LTD is a logistics and transportation service provider with a good clientele profile. We specialize in handling hazardous materials in ISO Tanks, Containers and Flexitanks. SG INTEGRATED also engages in the business of bulk liquid storage (container yard operations), warehousing, decanting/drumming, emergency response, equipment leasing, freight forwarding, customs permits and more.

Area of Responsibility

To attend to customer’s request for jobs, processing of transport / storage requirements and communication / coordination with stakeholders in the supply chain.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Responsible for end-to-end order processing
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan, manage and monitor transport operations activities
  3. Coordinate with internal Traffic Control / Warehousing team to fulfil customer orders
  4. Communicate and follow-up with status of shipments, storage or deliveries
  5. Build knowledge on the whole supply chain of chemical logistics
  6. Promote excellent customer service, ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently
  7. Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy
  8. Assist in safety reporting in time to time
Requirements
  1. Minimum O level, diploma/Nitec
  2. 2 years of order processing experience in the logistics industry advantageous
  3. Organized and task oriented with an attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with the ability to plan and complete work assignments
  5. Excellent communication and computer skills
