Job summary

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure all required information is complete.
  • Prepare and manage documentation including quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and collection of parcels, equipment, and materials.
  • Liaise with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment matters.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate team members.
  • Manage office-wide email correspondence professionally and promptly.

Requirements:
