About the Company

Our client is a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust with a portfolio of high-quality assets across Europe. The organisation operates with a lean, international team and a collaborative culture. With its European headquarters, some flexibility for evening calls may be required from time to time.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end finance operations, corporate reporting, and regulatory compliance for the group’s Singapore-listed trusts and related entities.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced, independent, and comfortable working in a lean setup with international exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and periodic management accounts.
  • SGX Reporting & Corporate Communications: Manage SGX announcements, results releases, and other statutory disclosures.
  • Management & Board Reporting: Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and Board packs.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the Head of Finance in budgeting and projection processes.
  • Treasury & Accounts Payable: Oversee cash flow, payments, FX exposure, and bank relationships.
  • Tax Compliance: Coordinate tax filings, liaise with tax agents, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Company Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance: Support MAS and ACRA filings, and ensure adherence to REIT and listing rules.
  • Audit Coordination: Manage external audit processes and liaise with auditors.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in finance operations and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including external audit background.
  • Strong knowledge of SGX reporting, MAS compliance, and REIT regulatory frameworks.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean team structure.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work with European counterparts.
