Job summary

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll, allowance, and benefits disbursement in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits (C&B) budget to ensure proper allocation aligned with company policies and financial guidelines.
  • Conduct regular analytics and reporting to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and reward programs to drive motivation and recognition.
  • Support the implementation of staff recognition, awards, and career progression evaluation frameworks.
  • Prepare and submit compensation-related reports to Head Office and local regulators accurately and timely.
  • Oversee employee tax planning and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations.
  • Manage procurement and administration of staff welfare and benefit programs.
  • Promote HR policies, provide consultation, and enhance employee understanding.
  • Conduct benchmarking and propose policy enhancements to maintain competitiveness.
  • Review HR and employee reimbursement claims for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist the General Manager and HODs with ad hoc HR tasks, reporting, and project initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, and/or HR operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, written and spoken, to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders.
  • Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
