Job summary
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a motivated professional to assist in financial preparation and cash flow management. The role requires a diploma in accountancy and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in XBRL, Quickbooks, and MS Office is essential. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Able to work independently and communicate well in English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of financial and management reports.
- Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain filing system and handle GST reports.
Skills
Education

- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
- Assist in cash flow management, including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly budget and bank reconciliation.
- Able to keep full set of accounts and proficient in XBRL.
- To maintain a filing system.
- To handle GST reports.
- Experience in Payroll will be great.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Responsible, meticulous and having strong initiative.
- Minimum Diplomaholder in Accountancy/ LCCI/ Partial ACCA/ CAT.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
