Job summary
A shipping company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions. Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting/Finance and be proficient in both English and Chinese. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing bank reconciliations, and ensuring tax compliance. Qualifications
- Singapore tax experience (Corporate Tax / GST / Withholding Tax) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SFRS preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions.
- Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing.
