The Job
  1. Attending to work permit holders visiting WPASC on banking products available to them
  2. Attend to email and phone queries from workers and their employers
  3. Participate in events/roadshows on Sundays, public holidays and/or any other days as required
  4. Conduct surveys or VOCs as required
  5. Comply with applicable internal and regulatory guidelines and requirements of the bank
  6. Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  7. Any duties assigned relating to the Work Permit Segment
