Job description

• Support vendor transition and system migration, including data validation, UAT, and documentation
• Assist with AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and bank reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, GST submissions, and statutory filings
• Liaise with vendors, auditors, tax agents, banks, and internal stakeholders
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in using Quickbooks will be an advantage
• Experience in social service/charity sector will be an advantage
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
• Salary: Up to $4000
