Job summary
A real estate investment company in Singapore is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage and administer leases within a portfolio of properties. The role involves responsibilities like preparing lease documents, managing tenant relations, and executing arrears processes. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and at least 1 year of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and preferably SAP. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Diploma in relevant courses.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.

- Manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.
- Prepare and check lease documents, and maintain tenancy schedules.
- Execute arrears management processes including collecting payments.

This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.
- Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule.
- Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
- Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
- Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval.
- In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
- Provide departmental support on lease administrative matters.
- Diploma in relevant courses.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
