Job description
Job Scope
  • Engaging stakeholders to plan and execute the audit(s) in compliance with established programme guidelines and framework,
  • Reviewing the guidelines / standards at a timely manner.
  • Supporting the review of the overall QA strategy to be adopted for the health screening programmes,
  • Preparing reports and updates on the performance of the centres
  • Involving in the operational risk and incident management reporting process as part of ensuring quality screening journey for residents who participated in screening programmes
  • Ensuring data integrity by working closely with partners including vendors for the submission of data to client systems.
Working Arrangement
  • Location: Outram Park
  • Duration: 5 Months
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
  • Salary: $19/H
Requirements
  • Good analytical, inter-personal and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in taking the lead to raise and discuss QA related matters with a group of clinicians
  • Ability to multi-task and handle concurrent projects with an eye for details; works well in a fast-paced environment effectively and independently as well as in team-based arrangements
  • Ability to Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, with ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
