Job summary
A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to handle full sets of accounts, including reconciliations, payroll, and daily financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of accounting experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and must be able to read and write Mandarin. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in accounts.
- Well organized, meticulous, good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts including reconciliations and payroll.
- Support daily financial transactions for AP and AR.
- Assist in monitoring outstanding payments.
Skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts including reconciliations, payroll, cash flow, month/year end closing, GST and year-end audit.
- Support daily financial transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
- Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and sending Statements of Account.
- Verify subcontractor/vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
-At least 3 years of working experience in accounts
-Well organized, meticulous, good team player and detailed
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
-Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
-Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
-Able to read and write Mandarin.
-Start work with short notice.
