Job description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resource Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of the HR department. This role is ideal for an individual who is meticulous, service-oriented, and eager to develop a career in human resources. The successful candidate will assist in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and general administration.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Support onboarding and ensure completion of all employment and system access requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases confidentially.
  • Draft and issue HR documents such as confirmation letters, memos, and certificates.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and related payroll data including overtime and allowances.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and claims.
  • Coordinate staff engagement, welfare, and development initiatives.
  • Respond to HR-related enquiries and provide internal support to employees.
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with Singapore’s employment regulations.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and other administrative or project-based tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR processes will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
