Qualifications

• Willing to work evening shifts of 6-10pm & 5-9pm.
• Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month from 4-8pm.
• Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Key entry of shipment information.
• Upload shipment and information records to mainframe.
• Auditing paperwork, printing barcode, and scanning into IDIS.
• Ensure on-time accuracy of key entry.
• Administrative duties and housekeeping of paperwork.
• Verifying and auditing of discrepancy report.
• Call/email customers to obtain missing documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Key entry of shipment information
• Upload shipment and information records to mainframe
• Auditing paperwork, printing barcode and scanning of paperwork into IDIS
• Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry
• Administrative duties and housekeeping of paperwork
• Verifying and auditing of discrepancy report
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
• Call / email customer to obtain missing documentation

Job Requirements

• Willing to work evening shifts of 6-10pm & 5-9pm
• Willing to work on 1 Saturday of each month from 4-8pm
• Willing to work overtime and/or on Public Holidays when required. If there is any pickup on public holidays, team members will take turns to work on the public holiday within the year.
