• Ensure compliance with inventory controlpolicies, procedures, and audit standards.
• Prepare and oversee the annual purchasing budgetaligned with business forecasts.
• Ensure transfer pricing adheres to corporatepolicies and global tax/finance guidelines.
• Monitor inventory turnover, holding costs, andstock health to safeguard profitability.
• Implement measures to reduce excess, slow-moving,or obsolete inventory.
• Balance supply constraints with businesspriorities while maintaining service-level commitments.
• Validate customer orders in coordination withProduction, Sales, and Customer Support.
• Adjust order quantities based on factorycapacity, material availability, and allocation rules.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategieesto maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prevent stockouts, overstock, and aging inventorythrough proactive forecasting.

• Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability towork independently and collaboratively within a team.
