Job summary

A leading institution in Singapore is looking for a specialist in HRIS, specifically for payroll systems. You will play a critical role in the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Responsibilities include managing configurations, testing, and ensuring compliance of the payroll system. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, strong analytical and communication skills. About Company

Our client is a leading institution based in Singapore, comprising of a community of professionals dedicated to driving innovation and improvement for a better future. The IT organisation of the company embraces new technologies to uplift capabilities and is looking for a strong specialist in HRIS, specifically the payroll system to join its high performing team.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Play a critical role in the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, including configuration, testing, enhancements, and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Lead and support payroll-related implementations and changes, covering requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, integration testing, and go-live support.
  • Maintain and optimise payroll system stability and compliance, managing incidents, service requests, audits, and ongoing system improvements to meet SLAs.
  • As part of the IT team, work closely with business users and vendors to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and support integrations with other SAP systems (e.g. S/4HANA).
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors and cloud platforms, with hands‑on experience with implementing payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, business process, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for stakeholders and vendors.
  • Self‑motivated team player with a proactive attitude, and certifications such as PMP or CITPM are preferred.
