Changi Airport Group is part of the inter‑agency team developing Changi East, which encompasses the future Terminal 5 – set to be one of the largest airport terminals in the world. Changi Airport Group welcomes you to join the team helping to shape Singapore's aviation future.

Your role will necessitate you to provide leadership and guidance to one or more Changi East Construction teams responsible for the execution of building, civil engineering and airfield related projects. You will need to provide direction and to manage all aspects of the construction programme, which may include management of tenders and consultancy/construction contracts, to ensure that these are delivered on time, within budget and at expected quality.

This role would also require the successful candidate to work closely with various stakeholders, internal and external, including government agencies and other regulatory bodies. Depending on your experience, you may also be expected to drive the programme in the capacity of an Assistant/Project Director as well as to perform the role of the Superintending Officer (SO) or SO Representative.

Requirements
  • Good degree in Engineering with at least 20 years of relevant project experience, preferable with large scale developments
  • Proven leadership of teams in the successful delivery of projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and adept at presentations
  • Self‑driven but a good team player with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
  • Independent with strong people management skills
  • This is a contract position
