📝 Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Guest Experience
    • Attend to guest enquiries, ticketing and admissions
    • Provide wayfinding and Jewel / flight-related information
    • Handle feedback, enquiries and basic complaints professionally
    • Deliver WOW service and delight guests through proactive engagement
  • Operations & Safety
    • Crowd control, queue management and re-entry management
    • Conduct safety briefings and attraction checks
    • First-line response for attractions-related incidents and emergencies
    • Assist during medical emergencies (training provided)
  • Call Centre Duties
    • Handle calls, emails, website and feedback enquiries
    • Update CRM system and follow up cases until closure
    • Manage lost & found enquiries
    • Support crisis and emergency communications
Working Hours

12-hour fixed day shifts (subject to operational needs)

🎓 Training Provided
  • 1-week paid training, including 3 days On-the-Job Training (OJT)
💰 Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: $2,000/month
  • Performance Incentive: Up to $200/month
  • Overtime available (subject to approval)
  • Annual variable bonus (based on performance)
