A leading airport management company in Singapore is seeking a Manager for Learning & Organisation Development. This role focuses on driving leadership development, building innovation skills, and creating impactful learning experiences. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years in the field and certifications in OD or psychometric tools. The position emphasizes stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement based on feedback.
You will be part of a team driving the implementation of learning and organisation development (L&OD) in CAG. You will primarily be responsible for creating impact in capability/competency building, leadership development and implementing change management to shape mindsets and behaviours where needed.
This role sits within the People Development and Experience Team and supports our broader goals: growing strong leaders, enabling enterprise-wide learning that sticks, and building a culture of innovation and excellence.
You’ll work closely with varied levels of stakeholders, learning partners, and other teams to design programmes, propose interventions, and build a roadmap that helps our people learn and apply learning faster.
